Privacy statement
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Who we are
Codicon, based in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, is responsible for processing personal data as described in this privacy statement.
What data we process
This website has no contact form, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. Fonts and images are served from our own server; no third-party services are loaded.
Like any web server, ours does record some technical data on every visit: your IP address, the time, the requested page, the referring page and the type of browser.
Why, and on what legal basis
We only use these server logs to keep the website secure and working properly, for example to find faults and prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep data
Server logs are deleted automatically after at most 14 days.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, unless we are legally required to. The website runs on servers of our hosting provider OVHcloud within the European Union. OVHcloud only processes data on our behalf.
If you contact us
If you e-mail us, we only use your e-mail address and message to answer and follow up on your question. We do not keep that correspondence longer than necessary.
Security
The website is only available over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to have its processing restricted and to object to its processing. Send your request to the e-mail address in our contact details; we will respond within one month.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Changes
We may update this privacy statement. The latest version is always on this page.
